THE BRIEF
San Carlo Group were looking to elevate the look, feel and performance of their social media presence, as well as align their content with the unique personalities of their restaurant brands. One of their most well recognised and respected restaurant brands is Cicchetti, who focus on constantly evolving menus made with quality Italian produce.
OUR APPROACH
Cicchetti opened their newest restaurant in Knightsbridge and enlisted us to create lifestyle content that reflected its opulent decor and luxury surroundings while remaining true to its core mission: serving up freshly prepared regionally inspired plates using ingredients sourced directly from artisan producers in Italy that are perfect for sharing. We managed the brand's organic social media, putting a content and community management strategy in place.

THE OUTCOME
We created and executed on a brief that included both editorial-style shots with models and dishes as well as more ingredient-focused shots, allowing for plenty of imagery to show what Cicchetti does best: provide an authentic Italian dining experience. With the new, elevated content and social media strategy in place, we've grown the Cicchetti Instagram account by total of 44% over a six month period.
